Occupancy and Demographic Reporting

New! WCMS – Web-based Occupancy and Demographic Reporting Tool

Effective with the December 2007 occupancy and demographic report that is due January 15, 2008, CHFA will be requiring the submission of data utilizing WCMS (Web Compliance Management System).

The first step is to click on the link to WCMS. Follow the instructions and click on the button to submit registration. Please allow 24 hours for your registration to be activated. Free training is available upon request in the computer lab at CHFA. If interested, contact Richelle Bliss or Priscilla Fox.

For properties that submitted the December 2006 occupancy and demographic data on the new Excel template, that data has been uploaded to WCMS. You may begin updating information in WCMS by moving out occupants that are no longer residing at the property and moving in current residents. Maintaining the data on a monthly basis is recommended so that the January 15, 2007, submission deadline can be met with ease.

For all other properties, it will be necessary to establish a move-in record for the current tenant and the most recent certification. For example, let’s say a resident moved in on 3.12.03. A 2003 move-in record would be entered and then a 3.12.07 certification would be entered.

As mentioned above, free training is available upon request. Additionally, once you register there is a user manual that you can access in WCMS when you select HELP from the menu bar. Also, please refer to the FAQ’s. Should you have any questions please contact one of the individuals below.
