CHFA created the Rural Loan program to meet rural business’s unique needs. Equity requirements can be as low as 10 percent and, in some cases, funds are available at below market rates. All loans have fixed interest rates with terms which can extend for up to 20 years.

Loan proceeds can be used for owner-occupied commercial real estate and equipment purchases. Ask your banker to contact us today for more details. Loan applications are also available online.

Is your business located in a rural community?
Eligible communities are those with populations of less than 50,000. The following areas are excluded: Adams County, western Arapahoe County, Boulder County, Broomfield County, Denver County, Douglas County, Jefferson County, Ft. Collins, Pueblo, Colorado Springs, and Greeley.
